Delivery Information

Our Delivery is 2-3 days for standard sizes e.g. 50mm/100mm/150mm/200mm/250mm/300mm.

Delivery for special cuts e.g. depths between ranges 25-49mm/ 51-99mm/ 101-149mm/ 151-199mm/ 201-249mm/ 251-299mm will be 5+ days.

Specific delivery requirements such as forward deliveries, and designated days should be entered into box provided when ordering.

Every effort will be made to meet your requirements, but please note deliveries can only be anticipated not guaranteed.

Prices and carriage are applicable for mainland UK only.

Our Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a collar or deflector bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packing. There will be a  15% handling charge of.

If we find that the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you need to return an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will organise the return and replacement and there will be no handling charge.

Products We Cannot Refund Or Exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially cut or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Cancellation of Orders

If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the full selling price.

Delivery of Goods

Please check there is no damage to goods on delivery before signing for them. Our deliveries are anticipated, not guaranteed.
