J.A.C. Supplies, established in 1998, manufacture and supply air conditioning cassette collars and deflectors to various sites and business including Restaurants, Cafes, Offices, Supermarkets and Shops.

The air conditioning collars are essentially for aesthetic purposes. They are one piece and made from strong lightweight GRP. No fixings are required, the collars provide the same function as the cassette fascia, do not compromise future maintenance and retain their appearance for the life of the system.

Air conditioning cassette deflectors were introduced in 2008 to provide a solution for the problem of cold draughts from the air conditioning. They are designed to redirect the cassette air horizontally, so as to reduce cold draughts for people who are working in the direct air stream of the cassette. The product is hand laminated in one piece to be aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.

The air conditioning collars are used to facilitate the use of cassettes in 'open void' ceilings in supermarkets, pitched ceilings in schools, and as a decorative feature incorporating lighting and sensors as well as functional purposes such as housing accessible isolators, leak detection, condensate pumps and airflow assistance.

Both our air conditioning collars and air deflectors can be customed manufactured in any RAL colour to match their surroundings and will fit air conditioning all units from air conditioning suppliers including Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi.
